The Joining Process
A "Petition for Initiation and Membership" grade is required.
All candidates must be a member of a Masonic Lodge in good continuing.

Must be recommended by two Zembo Shrine members in skillful standing.
Submit Dues payment and "Petition for Initiation", no after than five days earlier next "Stated Meeting".

Yearly Dues and Membership Card
Electric current Year Membership Dues,are ever due on or before January First (1st) of that membership yr. Ante checks may exist made payable to "Zembo Shrine" and sent to:

Associating or Affiliating with Zembo Shriners
Associate Membership
A "Petition for Association" form is required. The Noble must bear witness p roof of electric current membership in Blue Lodge.
Proof of current membership in skillful standing at a Shrine, other than Zembo. He must exist recommended by two Zembo Shrine members in practiced standing, and be electric current with his own ante.
Associated Members are exempt for Infirmary and Per Capita fees.
Members are responsible for membership ante at both Shrines, but only need to pay theInfirmary and Per Capita fees, to their domicile Shrine, to remain active and in good standing.
Chapter Membership
This type of membership is available to Noble who was a member of any Shrine in the past and left in good standing.
A "Petition for Affiliation" form is required. Pre-Requisite requirements for proposed membership include proof of current membership in a Craft Lodge. Previous membership fees must be paid in full, which include Hospital and Per Capita fees.You must also take a re-create of the "Demit Certificate" issued from your previous Shrine and be r ecommend by two Zembo Shrine members in good standing.
Demits
If you lot wish to discontinue your Shrine membership, y'all must submit awritten letter to the Zembo Shrine business office, stating you wish to exist removed from Zembo Shrine membership.
Please include members name, date, membership number, currentyr ante/fees payment and signature.
The Recorder must receive your written, dated & signed"Asking for Demit" letter, with payment of your balance due, before December 15th of the electric current year.
If you lot have a rest due, at the end of December, ofthat year, y'all volition be suspended, and volition not receive the "Demit Certificate", necessary for possible Restoration in the future.
All dues, fees, etc. owed to Zembo Shrine, must exist paidearlier a member can Demit in good standing.
Loss of Pre-Requisite Membership
If a member of the Zembo Shrine is suspended from their Masonic Lodgethey automatically get suspended from Zembo Shrine.
The suspended member must exist reinstated in good standing as a Arts and crafts Gild fellow member,earlier that fellow member can utilize for restoration at whatsoever Shrine.
